In
continuation to the letter cited above you are requested to place the order
along with 50% payment i.e. for Rs.3,08,800/- (Three lakhs eight thousand and
eight hundred only). The H.D.
Conferencing system will be installed in your college within 15 days from the
receipt of the purchase order along with the payment.
The following
facilities are required from college end to install the H.D. Conferencing
system: (To be ready by 13.5.2013)
a) 50” inch T.V with H.D.M.I. Port
b) Dedicated 2 MBPS internet connection
c) U.P.S. backup
d) 5 surge protected power outlets all with universal plug
points
The following
facilities are required from college end to deploy the e-learning courseware:

a) Server for installation of course content: Xeon, Quad
core, 2.13 GHZ, min. 8 GB RAM, min 1 TB HDD with windows server OS (32 bit)
b) In classroom to project the content – one PC, LCD
Projector with ceiling mounted, display screen, audio system and power supply
points
The Classroom PCs should be connected to the server through
LAN/Wi-Fi
